I had a mixed experience at the Saratoga Casino Hotel. The room upgrade I received was great as it provided a spacious and clean room, although the view of the parking lot and dumpsters wasn't ideal. The service was excellent, with polite and responsive staff making our Christmas Eve special, despite a slight hiccup locating our case. The location was convenient for shopping in Saratoga and being near the harness racing track, but the hotel felt a bit pricey. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a good buffet but unpleasant odors in certain areas.
